Braidhurst Business Centre

The Braidhurst Business Centre is situated in the outskirts of Motherwell, within a short distance of Motherwell town centre and Bellshill.  The property is ideally located for easy access to the M74 and M8. 

The building is an elegant, substantial Victorian villa that has been fully modernised.

Over two floors, the Centre has eighteen office spaces, with eight workshops in an adjacent building.

Offices

A wide range of office suites are available on a per room basis, from single rooms of 70 sq. ft to larger offices of up to 365 sq. ft..

A schedule of rental charges is available on request.

Office rental includes manned 24-hour CCTV security, heating, lighting, message handling service and general cleaning.

Workshops

Adjacent to the Braidhurst Business Centre are eight workshop units.  All units have electricity, gas and telephone connections, and each workshop has its own toilet facilities.

There is ample car parking, 24-hour CCTV security and a secure yard area with lockable gates.

There are six workshops of 387 sq. ft. and two larger premises of 915 sq. ft..
